- 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
- A few curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or any cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
- Prepare Crabs:
- Clean the crabs thoroughly under cold running water. Remove the outer shell and cut them into pieces.
- Prepare Masala:
- Heat coconut oil or any cooking oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

- Add thick coconut milk and curry leaves to the pan. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pan and let the crab curry simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until the crabs are cooked through and the flavors are well blended.
- Check Seasoning:
- Taste the curry and adjust the salt and spices according to your preference.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Once the crabs are cooked and the curry reaches the desired consistency, remove the pan from the heat.
- Garnish the Crab Curry with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
