Ingredients:

  • 500g fish fillets (such as kingfish or pomfret), cut into pieces 🐟
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced 🧅
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped 🍅
  • 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise 🌶️
  • 1-inch ginger, finely chopped 🧄
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk 🥥
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 🌟

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 🌱

Instructions:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter. 🌱
