Kebabs Recipe π½οΈ
Ingredients:
- 500 grams minced meat (chicken, lamb, or beef) π
- 1 onion, finely chopped π§
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste π§
- 1 green chili, finely chopped πΆοΈ
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped πΏ
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped πΏ
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder πΏ
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder πΏ
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala πΏ
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder πΆοΈ
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder πΏ
- Salt, to taste π§
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil πΏ
- Lemon wedges, for serving π
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing πΏ
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
- After marinating, divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape each portion into cylindrical or round kebabs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or grill pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully place the kebabs in the pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Remove the cooked kebabs from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve the hot and succulent kebabs with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
