Ingredients:

  • 500 grams minced meat (chicken, lamb, or beef) ๐Ÿ–
  • 1 onion, finely chopped ๐Ÿง…
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste ๐Ÿง„
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder ๐ŸŒฟ
  • Salt, to taste ๐Ÿง‚
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ๐ŸŒฟ
  • Lemon wedges, for serving ๐Ÿ‹
  • Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing ๐ŸŒฟ

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. After marinating, divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape each portion into cylindrical or round kebabs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or grill pan over medium heat.
  6. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the kebabs in the pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  7. Cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
  8. Remove the cooked kebabs from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  9. Serve the hot and succulent kebabs with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
