  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 🌞
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk 🥥
  • 2 cups water 💧
  • Salt to taste 🧂
  • Coconut oil for cooking 🥥

Instructions:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a deep pan or clay pot over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
