Papad Recipe 🍽️
Ingredients:
- 6-8 papads (any variety like urad dal, moong dal, or rice)
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add one papad at a time to the hot oil.
- Fry the papad until it puffs up and turns crispy, which usually takes just a few seconds. Be careful not to over-fry, as it can burn quickly.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried papad from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Repeat the frying process with the remaining papads.
- Once all the papads are fried and drained, serve them immediately as a crunchy accompaniment to your meal.
