Papad Recipe 🍽️

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 papads (any variety like urad dal, moong dal, or rice)
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, carefully add one papad at a time to the hot oil.
  3. Fry the papad until it puffs up and turns crispy, which usually takes just a few seconds. Be careful not to over-fry, as it can burn quickly.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried papad from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  5. Repeat the frying process with the remaining papads.
  6. Once all the papads are fried and drained, serve them immediately as a crunchy accompaniment to your meal.
